Why do we (initially, short, long term or for life) feel GOOD when we:

Smoke

Do drugs

Ingest excessive medication

Know that our bodies are powerfully programmable biological organisms and experience showed everytime that we can become heavily addicted to poisons and toxins of many kinds and self destructive hobbies and activities…

We can also program our bodies to become addicted to high vibrational, healthy, wholesome foods and positive activities and interests…

So when people who were on plant based diets claim their bodies are asking for meat proteins and animal fats, remember that the same body was screaming and trembling for THAT latest cigarette, booze, substances, meds and destructive activities…

The mind reads the body’s unhealthy addictions AS NEEDS

So, get to really know your body, how it reacts and responds to all stimulants, foods, energies and things you consume on a regular basis

Because it this cosmic asylum, many times what is bad for us feels temporarily good while MOST times, what it’s good for us is read as being bad…

Everything here is INVERTED…

In how we think, feel, do and perceive reality…

Due to mind control, bad habits, spiritual, traditional, social, educational indoctrination, manipulations and dogmas…

 

Why do we crave dead, low vibrational, dense foods?

The foods we crave are directly proportional with our inner state and outer environment.

It’s all intimately interconnected with our karmic spiritual level, how we grew up, traditional, social, cultural, religious/spiritual influences, current lifestyle and beliefs system.

When our energy, mental, emotional and physical bodies sustain LIGHT ENERGIES, we crave LIGHT FOODS

When our energy, mental, emotional and physical bodies sustain DENSE ENERGIES, we crave DENSER FOODS.

Because the astral and physical parasitism has reached such advanced levels, we’ve lost the ability to bounce back into our high vibrational state and the outer/inner parasites cannot live off high vibrational energies so they make us feel like we lack nutrients from low vibrational foods which our bodies translate it into nutritional deficiency when we only ingest high vibrational foods (plant based foods)

The energetic and biological parasites cannot survive in a high vibrational host

And this is an ongoing job when you awaken, to become aware at all times of the many sources which lowers our frequencies and transmute them through grounding, movement and positive activities and hobbies so we can maintain our vibrations as high as we are able at all times. 

That’s why when we transition from the animals based foods BACK to our ORIGINAL whole foods plant based diets as we were spiritually, psychologically and biologically created for, our bodies still crave the OLD dense energies and that’s why, during the transition time when we learn to manage and sustain and create higher and higher vibrational energies, we consume plant based versions of all those old, comfort meat/dairy/eggs/fish foods

Until gradually, our bodies WEAN OFF them

The TIMING varies for each of us on how long the transition is made based on personal, social and spiritual variables BUT now everyone can make the transition so much faster than even 10 years ago because we have unlimited alternatives, versions and options to EACH and every single old comfort food we grew up with, in home made versions and store bought or internet order.

We no longer need cruelty based old foods for this transition.

We can safely make it and effortlessly through the MANY THOUSANDS of similar in taste and texture versions widely available.

the body is able to be trained for higher and higher vibrational foods until you don't like  anymore low vibrational foods BUT there are more factors involved: energetic, psychological and emotional that form the physical processes, before nutrients

The essence is the same, that we do not biologically need any nutrient from any being, everything we need is already widely available in plant based, real foods

Because THAT’S HOW the beings humans kill and eat get THEIR nutrients from: PLANT BASED SOURCES, SUN and BIOLOGICAL TRANSMUTATIONS

BUT the social environment in that we live psychologically, energetically influences our perception of food...the food we eat is directly proportional to our inner and energetic state...

etheric parasites need physical parasites to anchor themselves and feed themselves energetically and physically THROUGH foods with a low  energy, from dead matter loaded with LOOSH

and cravings or needs for such foods are directly influenced by the parasitic concentration both energetically and internally... normally we are BREATHARIANS... through BIOLOGICAL TRANSMUTATIONS the body takes the necessary energy from the sun and transforms it into nutrients...

 

 but for that we have fallen into extremely coarse vibrations/frequencies, we believe that we need dense foods because when we feed ourselves high vibrational, the parasites above and within rise up and demand their right to their energies from the dead food...

the environment we live in, our consciousness state, the friends we have, lifestyle, job, traumas and all these elements greatly influence our perception and sensations related to food

Cultivating HEALTHY energies sources like NATURE, DANCE, MOVEMENT, quality social interaction, a meaningful life, making a difference, feeding our soul with compassion, reverence for life, music and positive art is gradually replacing our need for food…

 

There are at least ten thousand breatharians in the world now

Years back I read somewhere there were about FEW tens of thousands…

But of course, between where we are now and breatharianism is lifetimes for most of us…

Meanwhile we can thrive on CRUELTY FREE high vibrational foods, freely provided by Mother Earth and Father the Sun

 

To GROUND ourselves we do not need to kill a living being and eat her body

We have endless ways to GROUND ourselves by walking barefoot, touching trees with bare hands and using the GROUNDING mats/pillows now widely available, for our beds.

Understanding the Concept of Food in Spirituality

 

In the yogic and Vedic traditions, food is classified into three main categories based on its impact on the body and mind:

(DAIRY PRODUCTS should also be EXCLUDED from the Sattvic Food categories due to its inherent absorbed suffering energies from the MOTHER cows, sheep, goats whose babies are stolen right after birth and killed or further exploited and their mom’s milk stolen for human dairy consumption)

The suffering of Mothers whose babies have JUST BEEN stolen infuse their milk with anguish and despair energies which are firther transmitted at molecular level right into human the body.

    Sattvic Food – Pure, light, and energy-enhancing food such as fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, whole grains, and dairy products. Sattvic food is believed to promote clarity, peace, and higher consciousness.

    Rajasic Food – Stimulating and agitating food such as spicy, salty, and excessively processed items. This type of food can increase restlessness, aggression, and hyperactivity.

    Tamasic Food – Heavy, dull, and energy-draining food such as stale, fermented, and non-vegetarian food. Tamasic food is believed to lead to lethargy, ignorance, and a disturbed mind.

4. Karmic Consequences

 

Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism emphasize the principle of Ahimsa (non-violence). Killing or causing harm to any sentient being creates negative karma. Eating non-vegetarian food, which involves the suffering and death of animals, is seen as a violation of this principle.

 

Karma, the universal law of cause and effect, dictates that the energy we put out into the world comes back to us. Choosing a plant-based diet aligns with a life of compassion and positive karmic consequences.
